Innovation Manager for SMEs

In an increasingly competitive market, small and medium-sized enterprises need concrete tools to innovate quickly without losing sight of values, people, and sustainability. As a certified Innovation Manager by the MiMIT and a member of Manageritalia–XLabor, I guide companies through a structured digital transformation journey that starts from strategy and moves to practical implementation, based on:

1. Digital Transformation: process analysis and introduction of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud, cybersecurity) to optimize operations by applying the Physical Internet paradigm.
2. Sustainability and competitiveness: solutions to reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase positive environmental impact.
3. Innovation culture: creating a corporate mindset open to change, essential for leveraging technology.

Each intervention is tailored to maximize return on investment and generate a sustainable competitive advantage.

Scientific research and Physical Internet

Alongside consulting, I am pursuing a PhD in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence at Universitas Mercatorum, focusing on the Physical Internet applied to logistics.

The Physical Internet is an innovative vision of the global supply chain: interconnected warehouses, optimized transport, and collaboration among operators to eliminate waste, reduce emissions, and increase system resilience.

• Design of sustainable logistics models based on AI and Big Data.
• Optimization of routes, storage, and goods flows through advanced algorithms.
• Study of organizational and cultural impact in SMEs.

I have participated in major conferences and workshops such as DITECHFER Event, Economic Complexity, BLUE HUB, GEM Report, Intelligent Systems, Military Mobility Logistics, itAIS 2024, Human-centered AI, Emerging Digital Technologies and Organizational Culture.

Training on Artificial Intelligence

I believe technology becomes truly powerful only when people know how to use it. That’s why I design and deliver training programs on the mindful and strategic use of AI for professionals, companies, and educational institutions.

• Teaching and creativity: courses for teachers and students on using AI in music and creative education (Cosascuola Music Academy).
• Digital skills for companies: training on digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools (Quality Form s.a.s., Training & Consulting scs).
• Specialist masterclasses: training for the music and cultural sector (Forum Live Jazz, Opera School, Music Academy).

Each course is practical, interactive, and applicable, with attention to ethical aspects and transparency in AI use.
