The article offers a multidisciplinary reinterpretation of corporate training as a strategic lever for the transition towards Society 5.0, integrating philosophical, legal, economic, engineering, and occupational safety perspectives. The aim is to outline a model of continuous, inclusive, and technologically enabled learning, capable of combining digital innovation, human well-being, and sustainable competitiveness.
